Dr. Regina Denise Wells, MD

I would not recommend this place. The front desk ladies are not welcoming. One of them, in particular, is very unprofessional and quite arrogant and rude—no professionalism whatsoever. You ask her a question, and she ignores you until she feels like acknowledging you. Not a "give me one moment" or " I'll be right with you." The other one does not even attempt to help. I would not say the doctor is horrible, but perhaps her clinic would thrive if she hired client-oriented people at the front desk because patients will decide if they will return or not based on the first impression. Besides that, the place does not look clean. I would not recommend this place, especially for a child.

Staff makes so many mistakes and the doctor backs them up saying they fixed it as quickly as possible. When speaking on the phone she tells you over and over to stop yelling when your just talking. I wouldn't go to this office if it wasn't the closest that took my insurance and would never recommend her to anyone. I'm currently looking for a new doctor but can't skip my medication while I look.
