Dr. Regine M Pappas, MD

I had an excellent experience with Dr. R. Pappas and her staff. I admit that when I first saw 1 or 2 unfavorable comments posted by others, I was a bit wary. However, after meeting her and some of the staff members I was quite confident she would do an excellent job on my cataracts. I was nervous after the 1st surgery as my vision was slightly blurred. I remember she informed me that "everyone heals differently". I had RK surgery almost 30 yrs ago and have astigmatism in both eyes, so it took me just a few days longer to heal...but each day was better and better. I followed the drops regimen diligently. She even called me PERSONALLY to discuss the approach she would use for my 2nd eye (including a thorough explanation of her lens recommendation for that eye) since I had more RK cuts and worse astigmatism in it. Her recommendation was spot on and I'm seeing great now! Remember, "everyone heals differently". THANK YOU TEAM PAPPAS!! P.S. Not every appt involved a long wait. Come… prepared with any/all questions (as I did). She patiently listened to all of mine and answered each one.

Dr. Regine Pappas is a highly recommended Ophthalmologist and I couldn't agree more?????! My mom has been seeing Dr. Pappas @ Pinnacle Eye Center for 10+ years. She recently had cataract and glaucoma surgery in each eye and the results were excellent, inclusive of my mom no longer needing eye glasses or glaucoma drops...woo hoo???? Dr. Pappas is extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. Her warm personality and friendly staff also made both of us feel comfortable during all phases of the end-to-end process and our overall outstanding experience made the 2 hour drive from Palm Beach County to Melbourne worth it ??%????

I have to have more surgery to remove and re do what Dr. Pappas has done to my eye. I feel like she didn’t listen to my problem and concern and just brushed me off. Also, I went for a second opinion and this doctor completely disagreed with Dr. Pappas and what she did. I’m so upset that I went to her in the first place. I should have listened to her 3.7 out of 5 reviews. Stay away.

Dr. Pappas is kind, compassionate and a highly skilled surgeon. There is no cure for glaucoma and she has helped me for the last 5 years to keep my vision. I am blessed to have her as my Doctor.

Extremely long wait everytime I had to go; however, I would have gladly taken the wait time over the outcome of my cataract surgery. I had to find a doctor in Atlanta that eventually recommended another doctor to remove the multifocal lens which both doctors say was the wrong lens. I'm happy to finally be able to see thanks to my new opthomologist.

Dr. Pappas has been my glaucoma specialist. She explains the disease process in easy to understand terms. She listens to your concerns and at the same time treats you with respect. No question is a :dumb questions" She will spend the time needed to make sure you understand your treatment plan. Her office staff is caring and knowledgeable. She has state of the art equipment which makes multiple visits unnecessary. She is top notch and is at the top of her field of knowledge. I highly recommend Dr. Pappas as your glaucoma specialist.
