Dr. Rekha Sundar, MD

New PCP for me. Very disappointment unnecessary made me various tests. Even did a test at the site not asking or telling me that it will cost me $200. Her physical caused me $400 on top of 100% covered physical. I had to be referred to an ENT, she refused me to do it to the doctor of my choice saying she does not know and they were out of her network. Will prefer to go urgent care then her again

Dr. Sundar has been my primary care physician for many years and had it not been for her, my breast cancer would not have been detected. She is an extraordinary doctor who is compassionate, understanding and thorough. The staff is amazing! Love them all.

Dr. Sundar is good in her bedside manner, and takes care to make a good diagnosis for her patients. However Linda the receptionist is rude and answers questions vaguely to patients who call in. It has happened to me and I have seen her giving an attitude and condescending other patients as well. If she was replaced, the whole staff would get a better environment. I'm thinking to switch to another doctor just due to Linda, because usually receptionists are the first ones you speak with about your issue, and the doctor rarely gets on the phone unless you book an appt. With Linda, you are stuck with her 99% to answer your questions over the phonex so beware. Otherwise, the doctor is pretty good.

Dr. Sundar takes great care to provide to her patients with prompt follow up on referrals, medication refills and reports on tests. She is quick to schedule appointments for referrals; and very cooperative in listening to, and respecting patients' needs. She also keeps very up to date on current research and recommended medical practice.
