Dr. Renata Catharine Ratusznik-Martin, MD

I have been seeing Dr Martin for about a year and a half. Before that, I was with Harvard Vanguard (Atrius) where my primary care physician for the past three years was a doctor whom I never once got to meet. Now I am learning what health care should be. Dr Martin found me a cardiologist who literally saved my life. And she got my meds right for the first time ever. She is attentive, always available (literally 24/7), and far beyond competent. Her modest fee is the best money I spent this past year. My wife, who is a health care pro, was so impressed with Dr Martin that she also joined the practice. Highly recommend.

Dr. Martin has been my doctor for 6 years since I moved from Portland, Oregon. I am old and have a lot of health problems. I have been treated by many different doctors, but I have never had such a wonderful doctor as Dr. Martin. She spares no time to listen to all the symptoms, then explains the treatment process in details and keeps the course of the treatment under control all the time. I have been a patient of Dr Martin's for a number of years. She is an excellent listener and explains things to me in a way that I completely understand. I never feel like I cannot ask her a question. She has great composure and I always feel like she is doing the right thing for me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent physician.

She has misdiagnosed my mother several times. One time she almost died after Dr, Martin overdosed a medication and my mom was in a coma for 3 weeks. My mother refuses to leave her but she is very dangerous quack.

Excellent doctor

Dr. Martin is a very caring compassionate doctor. She treats you like a person and does not talk down to you. She is quick to diagnose and has been great in the 3 years I have seen her. Her staff is the best staff I have ever met at any doctors office. Charlotte and Chris are the best.

Absolutely no complaints - excellent all around. Charlotte at the front desk is one of the happiest, warmest people I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Chris, Dr. Martin's assistant is just incredible. He gets things done so quickly and accurately, it never ceases to amaze me. And Dr. Martin is fantastic. She is so thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. She doesn't let things slip through the cracks, her care is really comprehensive. I feel like I'm in great hands with Dr. Martin.

I have found Dr. Martin to be an amazing dr. She is compassionate, caring and kind. Her office staff is wonderful from her PA Chris to the secretary Charlotte.

She is the first doctor that has earned my whole trust. She and her team have treated me with respect and address all of my concerns. The wait times are hit or miss though one would expect this at any PCP office. She is not shy to refer you to a specialist in order to get you the best care. Also, she is well versed in what kinds of tests/procedures are normally covered under insurance and has let me know up front. I am on a budget so this is an aspect of her bedside manner that I really appreciate. My mom loves her too! Definitely would recommend her to anyone.
