I would give zero stars if that was an option. From >5 hours spent in the office for my first appointment (I was informed that the doctor arrived at 10AM vs. her 8AM start time). Thank goodness I had read other reviews and expected a long wait (I took the day off from work), but come on. Five hours?? Numerous calls to the front desk (they often don't answer the phone) and waiting days for a return call. Issue with prescription (it was denied by my insurance company) and the medical assistant failed to follow up. After working directly with the insurance company, I was able to get my prescription filled after several weeks. Thank goodness some companies still believe in customer service. At present, I have been waiting on a refill for two weeks. The office sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy (twice!) and cannot correct the mistake (send the Rx to the correct pharmacy) because of an "issue with their system". Now, I am without necessary medication and they really don't seem to… care. Seriously, run in the other direction. These are just a few examples. I could write pages.... I seldom write reviews (normally just positive feedback), but I am beyond fed up with this practice. I was so excited to find a functional medical practitioner that was covered by my insurance. At this point I would rather see my pets' veterinarian.

She is a wonderful doctor, however, pay very special attention to the lab work she orders. They do not check what your insurance covers and I was stuck with a $1,600.00 lab bill. Quit her in a heartbeat!

Dr T. is an extremely caring and conscientious doctor. She has helped me so much! When I started seeing her a few years ago I had not slept properly in almost 10 years, despite treatment by other practitioners, including an endocrinologist! Within 3 months she had me sleeping and since that time I sleep like a baby, every night!!

Great doctor! She answered all my questions and you can tell really cares.

I always have to wait more than 2 hours to see that Doctor, from the time of the scheduled appointment. She does not really listen to me as a patient, but likes to sell expensive supplements. I will see another doctor next time.

Good-luck with this Doctor who doesn't care or respect for your time. She is so rude!!

Dr Teytelbaum is very thorough. She truely listens to her patients before treating them. She explains her plan of action and empowers her patients. She is well worth waiting for because you know you are going to get the best assessment possible.

Wonderful, Knowledgeable, and actually listens!

Three and a half hour appointment, in which about 20 mins total with the actual doctor. Rest of the time sitting in exam room waiting, waiting and waiting.
