I write this to inform patients to save their time and energy, to get another doc. Dr. Ukowska is supposed to be a medical practitioner; able to connect with patience, diagnose them well, listen to them, make them feel heard and safe. However, as a patients, we don't feel any of these (myself and others I know). She is dismissive, rushed, unbothered, uninterested and cold. The wait time is always long (30min and up). I feel unwelcomed and rushed. I feel like I am forced to comply with her attitude (dismissive, unsure, bothered) which leads to me feeling unsure about my own health. I always feel dissatisfied after a visit. And I am still not feel well till day, I am not saying it is all her fault but she has a part in it. Once I was explained my condition, she answered "but you look fine!?" People are already not feeling well so the last thing they want is feeling worse after consulting their doc. lastly, I agree with the one star reviews. I wish to see future improvements, especially… that she is a doc!

Dr. Ukowska is simply exceptional. Her medical knowledge, bedside manner, and attention to detail are unmatched. Without a doubt, she are the best diagnostician I've ever had the privilege of being treated by. Highly recommended!

Argued about not requesting appropriate blood panels, telling me she’s the one with the medical degree. When I described symptoms she looked at me incredulously and “are you lying to me? If you are you can find a new provider.”

I have seen this doctor twice with extreme chronic pain and she hasn't even touched me to examine me at any point. She simply transcribes my ailments on her computer and then stares at me incredulously when I describe my concerns. She even told me my pain was "anatomically impossible" which is direct to contrast to the caring and reliable Physical therapists and acupuncturists who later treated and validated it. This doctor does not make me feel as though she truly cares about my health.
