I am very impressed from the front desk through the consultation of Dr. Dela Rosa's Office. Ms. Yoliza was very accommodating, courteous and prompt with my visits and referral process to specialists. I received my approvals in a short period of time. in addition, Dr. Dela Rosa has been consistent and accurate with my reviews and consultations. I learned how to take care of myself not only by having a healthy habit of eating, regular exercises including having healthy mind. Dr. Dela Rosa is flexible when you need him and hands on. The staff lacks empathy and competence. The doctor made promises and didn't prove to be true to his word. The wait times are very lengthy and the office is tiny.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. De La Rosa is very professional, detailed oriented. He really focuses in the problem and listens to the patient needs. He helped me with my health problem. I have improved a lot. Thank you Dr. & staff

I would not recommend this Dr at all. I had injured my shoulder and was in a great deal of pain. I am a working professional and not a person who seeks pain meds. I needed something stronger then the motrin for my dislocated shoulder. Dr was in compassionate and expected me to just deal with the pain. I found another Dr and he helped me through it. I am perfectly fine now. So if you are in legit pain I suggest you find another Dr. He doesn't care.

Has 1 girl doing everything. Therefore prescriptions are seldom filled without multiple reminder calls. Same for referals.

My overall experience w/ this doctor was mediocre at best. Doctor Dela Rosa does not spend the time to actually listen to my concerns. When he "listens", he does not seem to look into the matter/follow through. It seems to be forgotten as if it was of no concern or that I'm over reacting. I don't believe it's proper for a male physician to examine his female patients without a medical assistant in the room with him as well. I've had numerous experiences with this doctor that made it seem rather inappropriate. I figured I was just overreacting to his examinations and "wandering hands" But sure enough I was not imagining it at all. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He's nice and considerate however his behavior is inappropriate for a medical professional. I would not want my daughter to see him, for fear of being touched inappropriately.

I do not recommend this dr. very unproffesional and he answered this cell phone with the patient room while talking to the patient and was talking in a different language.. I woulnd't want anyone to see him..
