Dr. Renato Antonio Geralde, DO

Attention All Veterans: Dr. Geralde performed the CP exam needed for my disability claim. He was aloof during the brief exam. I could tell from the get go I was not going to have a favorable exam based on his interaction and statements he made. He failed to thoroughly ask questions related to the disability being evaluated. If he is assigned for your CP be prepared to request for a second CP exam.

I only gave one star because I could not leave zero. I was appalled at Dr. Geralde's lack of genuine interest and in response to all of my concerns, he said that he would not even consider a blood test because it is too expensive and that I would need to pay for it out of pocket. Why do I have insurance then? One example was I asked for an allergy test since it runs in my family and we live in a high-allergy area. He said no. Why? He's fired. We will never spend money on this practice, North Hills Family Medicine ever again.

Never had such a bad experience with a doctor in my 72 years no tact and patient care skills he has no communication skills he has no idea how to put a patient at ease to accept his recommendations.

Dr. Geralde is the man. He is empathetic and talks to you like a regular person would. He understands what his patients go through and shares his own journies throughtout his life. Its refreshing. I have honestly never looked forward to seeing doctors but I always look forard to see my doctor, Dr. Geralde.

Great doctor. Always accessible and very to the point. If you want quick and accurate results I strongly recommend Dr. Geralde. For every complaint I have had for years he advised my what it possibly may be caused by and he was so right with all his evaluations.

Doctor don’t even hear you

Dr. Geralde has been my doctor for 12 years now. I can't imagine any other doctor to take care of me and my family. He finds solutions when even specialists are unable to and gets to the bottom of things to deliver the most excellent care. He listens to our concerns and needs and takes the time to address them. Unfortunately that is a rare find in today's time and I'm blessed that we have a doctor that hasn't forgotten that!

I have been a patient of Dr Geralde for 9yrs now and can say I have been happy with my visits and care from beginning to the end. I called today to get work in for a sick appointment and got work into Dr Geralde's schedule with no problem. As soon as I walk into the door front desk acknowledged and greeted me, Dr Geralde's nurses where very nice and patient with me. Dr Geralde took the time to explain to me what i had and what medications he was giving me and what they where for. I refer my family and coworkers and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor.

I am honestly boggled by the negative reviews. Dr. Geralde is always courteous, professional, and always medically spot on with his medical diagnosis. I send all my friends. He has helped so many people that I know and people I don’t know but have had the same wonderful experience. He is very blunt but I prefer a doctor that is straightforward and doesn’t as he says it “sugar coat” what is wrong with your health.

Great staff and new building is beautiful! My experience with him was great! His care and flexible late hours are perfect for working moms!
