Uncaring. Horrible office staff.

Dr. Colorado is one of the best neurologists I’ve been to. However the office staff at the Salinas Valley Medical Clinic is useless. They mess up appointments, forget to order medications for procedures, aren’t communicative, etc. almost every single appointment, they screw something up. If I didn’t love my doctors at this clinic, I would never return. I understand that the concerns are not the doctors fault, but it affects the care the doctors can provide.

I never met Dr. Colorado due to never getting a call back from messages to schedule an appointment. I was referred by my doctor, this office received referral, they said they received it but never called me to schedule. I left 2 messages for the person who schedules appointments but never received a return call. I don’t think much of this front office, pretty poor.
