She is heartless, cold, and should work for Planned Parenthood. I doubt she cares about anyone. Not you or your baby. Seriously in the wrong profession.

She dodges questions and even lies to patients in order to illegally obtain consent for unnecessary procedures, making them seem urgent and necessary at the time. I say “illegally” because she solicits consent when the patient is heavily medicated and does not have a consult with them where she explains the procedure, the reason she is recommending it, it’s risks, and alternatives. The basics of informed consent. Once I had recovered and was able to obtain my medical records, she wrote that the procedure was done due to patient request (never! She approached me and solicited consent while I was medicated and out of it), and that I had been informed of the pros, cons, and alternatives to the surgery. No conversation of this sort ever took place, as could be confirmed by my husband who was by my side the whole time. I have been unable to sue because she falsified the medical records stating that I was fully informed and that she had obtained proper consent. It’s her word (and the… hospital backing her) against mine and my husband’s. This was four years ago, and my life has been changed forever due to this awful “procedure” that she did in order to fill her pockets. If you ask me, she not only should lose her license, she should be in jail on charges of medical battery.

Seeing this physician was a nightmare! I hated going to my ob because she was rude and had horrible bed side manor. She wrote a note on my chart that my baby was going to die, the staff had told me and apologized. She once forced me after an appointment to get blood work drawn, even though I told her I couldn't that day. She treated me like a child. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I went into the hospital with broken waters at 1:30am. I did not see her until 7:30pm. That 18 hours without seeing my ob/gyn. I had pushed for three hours with my nurse, who contacted Dr. Richardson several times through this process. She finally came in, unapologetic, and told me in about one minute that I needed a c-section. And she only would write me off work for six weeks instead of the standard eight with a c-sec. I had my next baby with a midwife, no c-section and it was a much better experience.

I work for a Doctor and I realize they dont like to be bothered on the weekend, well I'm having some severe issues that I'm worried about for my age! I'm only 24 and have been bleeding on and off since last month (no I'm not pregnant) I have never been in this type of situation before, this weekend I'm in a lot of pain and what I feel losing a lot of blood so I called the office for the on call doctor to call me back.. Well it was her, she acted so rude towards me, basically told me I didn't seem to be in to much pain or losing to much blood because I was still able to hold a conversation with her.. Didn't seem concerned at all!!! I will NEVER see her in this office nor will I refer any of my co workers, friends, or family to her!!!

It took over an hour(siting on an uncomfortable table with 3 magazines)for her to finally come in to see me. She didn't address any of my concerns. I found her to be very condescending and stuck up...she definitely didn't care about me, the patient. I did bring this to the staffs attention and they were very apologetic which I appreciated. I would never want to see her again and wouldn't recommend anyone to her. I will not be back.

I told her i was thinking about weaning off of hormones and she talked me into quitting cold turkey saying if I needed a prescription I could call. I've been going crazy with headaches, flashes, welps, crying jags, etc and have called every day for a week and she hasn't responded yet. This is not a doctor who cares about her patients! And she kept me waiting over an hour on first visit without an apology.

"That's not a nodule, the ultrasound was probably taken when you were ovulating. That's an egg. They're 1.75cm around." Really?!? A human egg is 3/4 of an inch? Don't quit your day job doc...

I thought it was just me. I really liked her the first time I saw her. However, the last time that I saw her she was so rude and arrogant. It was like I was bothering her because I had questions! I will not see her again, especially since I realized she was having me come in for PAP smears after SHE did a total hysterectomy on me!!

The worst physician my wife or I have ever encountered. That is saying a lot since we have a combined 12 years of in hospital healthcare experience. She was cold, callous, arrogant, demeaning, and a poor clinician. She told us that my wife may have a serious condition but refused to disclose the name of the condition unless she became sure that it was the case and then she would order a simple blood test to confirm this.When I asked her she what the condition is she insisted that she would not tell us since we would then try to look it up on the Internet and the psychosomatic affects would make things worse. Basically we were too ignorant for her to educate. I however, insisted that she tell us. As a healthcare attorney I know that a physician is obligated to assure informed consent when electing to pursue a procedure or ABSTAIN from a procedure. This means that she must disclose the benefits and risks of each course of action. In this instance she elected unilaterally not to… order blood work, a low-cost procedure with nearly no risk involved.Fortunately the conditions primary symptoms were not present with my wife and the ethnic background of the vast majority of those with the condition does not fit my wifes ethnic background. Thankfully, her ineptitude as a physician was glaring, and my wife and I were quickly put at ease after a short period of worry.DO NOT SEE THIS PHYSICIAN! She is a poor physician, does not inform her patients, and has horrible interpersonal skills.
