I've enjoyed being Dr. Jacob's patient during the last 17 years. She's always shown great concern and although her diagnosis may be quick, she's always correct. Her inquiries always include a check on how I'm feeling mentally and physically. I'm happy to be her patient.

I have never been treated so poorly by a primary care physician. I never recommend this dr. I was forced to change to this because my dr. Left the practice. I can see why... This dr. Acted as though she should win an award for taking 15 minutes to treat me. Excuse for interrupting. Then was accused of verbally accosting when they verbally accosted me. Keep up the great work...not

Dr. Jacobs has been my physician for 15+ years. She is a caring person who makes sure my questions are answered at every visit, and offers good advice for improving my overall health. I highly recommend her.
