Dr. Renee Zaira Rinaldi, MD

The office staff is inefficient and does not do things that they say they will. The doctor barely spends time with you. She runs it like a factory. I waited25 minutes for a gown to go downstairs and nobody would give it to me. Then Dr. Rinaldi said I was a couple of months early, despite the fact Medicare sent me a letter saying I was due for a bone density and was concerned how she was going to get paid. Do not go to this office.

If I could give her a zero I would. She tested me for autoimmune disease, every test was negative. She pushed for autoimmune medication even though as a 28 year old woman it meant I wouldn’t be able to have kids. She wanted to see me for a useless appointment twice a month at $200 each. I have mediCAL due to financial issues and I had to lie to their office saying I had no insurance because they wouldn’t be able to take me as a patient otherwise. She is a selfish, greedy doc that is only after one thing - $$$. Seek other help, she can’t cure you of your problem and only wants to shove pills down your throat because that’s what benefits her. And I promise you, she would NEVER take any of the pills she prescribed you if her life depended on it. Worthless.

Great doctor. Longest waits I have ever had. Every single time. Over 2 hours once. Over an hour another time. 55 minutes another time. 1 hour another time.

I've been with Dr. Rinaldi and know she is one of the top researchers, teachers and practitioners in RA. She is an astoundingly smart and unfailingly kind woman. She has a almost comedic rotation of front staff and nursing assistants who look like they either just graduated, or will be graduating soon. Not the most organized system, so it behooves the patient to stay on top of follow ups, labs, changes in meds, etc. You may ask for something on their voicemail - and they may do it - but they'll never call u back to tell u! You must be on top of it, but Dr Rinaldi is very worth it!
