I received a bill and called multiple times to pay it. As it turns out if their phones are busy you just have to keep calling, no answering machine and their office hours are terrible Tues, Wed & Fri 10-3. I finally get through to them and they tell me I have to come in person to pay the bill. Kinda hard to do that while I am work during their work hours. Unacceptable on every level. I'd never recommend going to her, and based on the other reviews from people on her actually patient care and bedside manor, Steer Clear.

My daughter has been seeing this doctor for many years. About a year and a half ago., she thought she may have skin cancer but this doctor told her it didn't look like anything. Well my daughter saw another dermatologist and this doctor took the time check it out and my daughter does has skin cancer!

I have been a patient for many years. I have not had a problem until this year. Her office staff requires a co-pay at each visit. When I told them that I don't pay co-pays for follow-ups, I was told that she would overlook it, but not to tell the doctor about it. I was refused treatment not once, but twice because of an insurance problem. I straightened that situation out immediately, but was still refused to be seen for a follow-up to a procedure. I am not entirely sure if the doctor knows what her staff is doing or if she is the one telling them how to operate. My advice - be sure you know your insurance coverage and what you are responsible for before you go their office or better yet - find a different doctor.

She has been our families dermotogist for many years. There is usually a long wait to get an appointment. Once your in the office there has been a very long wait to see the dr, most of the time..not everytime. The doctor has a light hearted, comical way, but she rushes. The office procedure of discussing your problems with the medical assistant, first...is offensive to me. I CAME IN WITH SEVERAL SMALL SKIN ISSUES, AND WAS TOLD BY THE DR. TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR EACH ONE OF THESE ISSUES, AND I COULD THANK MY GOVERNMENT FOR THAT! Unprofessional, unprofessional, greedy, money hungry, discompassionate, to say the least. My whole family has gone to her for over 10 years...not any more!

If you visit this doctor make sure that you ask her if something is covered by your insurance. She is quick to give you in clinic procedure/treatment which is not covered by your insurance. Then she slams you with a fat bill, with a bold pring 3.5% interest after 30 days. Will never visit her again

Dr. Susser was rude and insensitive. She clearly doesn't care about patients at all. She didn't even examine me or look at my skin. She wasn't in the room for more than 30 seconds before she started writing a prescription without even talking to me. She wouldn't listen to me at all. The only thing she seemed to care about was getting me in and out of the office as quickly as possible. This visit was a waste of $40 and 2 hours of my life. All I got out of it was an unnecessary prescription that I probably won't even have filled. Dr. Susser is useless. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

No follow up after appointment. Bill issue refused to communicate with me.

I WAS A PATIENT FOR 1 YEAR WITH TWO SKIN CANCERS. AFTER FINDING A SUSPICIOUS LESION I WENT TO DR.SUSSER OFFICE AND ASKED IF THE DOCTOR COULD SEE ME AND HER RECEPTIONIST LAUGHED AND SAID "I DONT THINK I CAN EVEN GET YOU IN BY FRIDAY' {IT WAS A TUESDAY} AT NO TIME DID SHE EVEN ASK ME WHAT MY EMERGENCY WAS! I THEN LEFT A MESSAGE FOR DR SUSSER TO CALL ME ...SHE NEVER DID. IN THE WEEK TO COME I LEFT 5 MESSAGES AND SHE NEVER CALLED. ON MY SIXTH CALL THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL NOT CALL ME BACK AND I NEEDED TO COME IN IF I WANTED TO TALK TO HER. WHEN I DID SHE WOULD NOT LET ME EXPRESS MY CONCERNS ABOUT HER RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND PORLY DRESSED STAFF. SHE WILL DO NOTHING WITHOUT GETTING PAID FOR IT, THAT INCLUDES RETURNING A PHONE CALL HAVING NO IDEA WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Susser treated a very delicate skin condition that I had. I'm completely healed. She is a compassionate, hardworking physician. She's been my dermatologist for 8 years and I would not change her for anything in this world.

She is an excellent physician but I feel rushed while in with her. The waiting room is now so crowded and she overbooks too much.It is not at ALL easy to get an appointment if you have need a referral...it must be in her possession before they will give you an appointment, making the waiting time longer to get an appt. If you forget your co-pay you will NOT be seen even if you have been a patient there for a long time.
