Dr. Rhonda Kaye Simons

I went to this woman after moving back home from living in AZ for 10 yrs. I have been with pain management since late 2007 and brought all my records with me. Initially she was proactive and helpful. Then very suddenly after 2 visits I am told she is leaving the pain practice area and have to find another doctor. Then she suddenly has issue with prescribing my meds she initially had no issue with. She charges cash, no insurance and billed me $200 for each visit or even follow to correct a wrong prescription wrote. She did labs that were speciality labs and cost me thousands of dollars as well. There was no real receptionist, her husband was helping her run the practice and not very well at that. She is very flaky in the way she does things and doesn't seem to remember much from prior discussions. It was a very strange experience at best.
