Scheduling this appointment was a challenge. It was initially easy online. However, the doctor I scheduled with online did not take newer, transferring patients. Therefore, the receptionist called back the next morning to reschedule which we did and I thought was complete, but when I arrived at the clinic (a mere 45 min after the call), they proceeded to tell me that the reschedule was now double booked, and I needed to come back in the afternoon. The receptionist attitude was very rude and condescending not the one who we dealt with personally, but the other two sitting at the counter, the one who actually checked me in, was very nice and saw to it that we were able to get to squeeze into Dr. Parcellano, which turned out to be an amazing experience.

Dr. Parcellano was very caring and thorough. Warm, pleasant and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend her.
