Dr. Rica Cezario Stamatin, MD

I'm very speedball about going to the doctors but Dr. Stamatin and his staff put me at ease right away. My visit was a great experience.

Lacks compassion and humility. Fails to show that he cares for the patients well being. He specializes in internal medicine but, will immediately refer you to another doctor if you feel the need for him to do more than prescribe you pills. He is very rude. The nurse even told me that he has had difficulties in the past! If you need a doctor to listen to you, do not go to this doctor!

I was admitted to Ascention Hospital through the Emergency Room with an intestinal infection due to a burst appendix, I was assigned a surgeon, an infectious disease doctor and apparently also Dr. Stamatin. Dr, Stamatin came into my room a few times during my hospital stay but only spent a minute or two with me....no idea why he showed up. The day after I went home he called me and said "This is a teledoc call". He asked if I was OK and hung up within a minute. He then invoiced $200 for an office visit. While the cost will be paid be my insurance company, I do not agree with the idea that he charged me anything at all for his unsolicited 30 second follow-up. I have little use for this doctor.

I been a patient of Dr Rica Stamatin for years. He takes his time in explaining the issue and never rushes me out of the office. He is very knowledgeable.

If you are looking for a kind, attentive and knowledgeable doctor, consider Dr Stamatin. He is one of the best doctors I know- always there for me, very patient and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with everything he did for me.

Horrifying! He assumed he knew everything but did not know what he was talking about! Instead of just asking me very typical questions a doctor would or noticing obvious symptom of PTSD. Or simply asking my history, this reckless so-called doctor misconstrued a biopsy tested muscular dystrophy and PTDS for drug abuse. I have never taken drugs in my life and because I was putting on Chapstick while in the hospital, was accused of taking drugs. Quote, "she's putting something in her mouth". My purse was gone through and I was humiliated and terrorized. Of course, nothing was found because I do not take drugs. Drug tests were ran on me and they were negative. He also listed that I had two abortions in my medical file. This is false! Unfortunately, I cannot have children.

Dr. Stamatin is the best Dr hands down, If he can't help you he will know someone who will help you he has helped me get off of at least 10 different medications. He saved my life when I had kidney failure, he is caring, he takes his time with you to make sure you understand I have already recommended him to my family and friends.
