Dr. Ricardo Abdon Abraham, MD

I switched my mother to Dr. Abraham due to his experience and location. My mother went to her first visit. They handed her a Spanish form automatically without asking which loo language first. The front desk should not assume all patients are only Spanish speaking because they are Hispanic. The second disappointment with the front desk was that she was referred to an exam at the hospital therefore was inform upon her exit of her first visit she would receive a call the following day. My mother waited for two days for a callback and since no one called she called the office to follow up in reference to the Order and appointment set up at the hospital. She spoke to the front desk and the response was that they hadn't had time to call the hospital to schedule an appointment. Here we are two weeks later and my mother is still without an appt scheduled at the hospital. This is not good at all. Staff needs to be increased to meet the demand of the patients or staff needs to be replaced.… The front staff says alot about the practice and its organization. I really hope that the service improves or I'll be looking to change providers again.

So it happened again. I attempted to make an appointment this time since several months ago I was not seen and I had to find another place. A day later one dr. Abraham's employees called me and wanted to set up an appointment for me with the dr. I informed that I had already gone some where else and at that point I was not in need. So today, I call around 5:30 PM and the receptionist tells me that I cant go because I am not a patient of theirs anymore. I am confused on the clinics policies. One day i can be seen but several months later i can not. I dont know what to tell you all. I like them but I cant every see them when I need them. Any suggestions for another provider? I dont get sick often but when I do, I need someone to treat me. Recommendations are welcomed.

I consulted with Dr. Abraham only for a Physical Exam. I came out of that office extremely satisfied with his service, and ended up making him my primary Physician.

I was suffering for a long time severe knee pains , using a lot of several medications for, and was trying several options that wasn't enough effective for me, and besides, that was affecting my diabetes and stomach. Dr Abraham, has a very effective , combined approach with local joint injections, with some other medications, that change my life for good. Besides, he is a very sensitive person. I am very happy with him, and I enjoy talking about other matters with, You can relay on him as a human person. Thanks.
