Dr. Ricardo Cristobal, MD

We were very please with our visit today. Very well mannered, was very welcoming and shook both mine and my husbands hands as well as fist bumped my kids. I cant speak for my husband but he made me feel very at ease and understand the situation that is going on with our daughter and what we need to do to fix it. My daughter is 9 and this will be her 5th ENT to visit after being continuously referred and i finally feel at ease like we have found someone who knows the anwsers and can help us. Im so thankful for Dr. Cristobal today and hopeful for future visits.

I have always found Dr. Cristobal to be very knowledgeable and skillful in treating a medical issue with my ear and hearing. Also, he has good interpersonal skills and is interested in his patients. I highly recommend him!

My experience with Dr. Cristobal was a very rewarding experience. His initial meeting with me was very informative and he was open to any questions I had. I am appreciative of him getting me in for my surgery in a timely manner. So far, I am progressing very well and am thankful for my ENT doctor recommending Dr. Cristobal to me.

On 10/6, I was scheduled for an appointment at 1:00 PM. I arrived early at 12:45, signed in, and waited. It took the front desk staff about five minutes to acknowledge me and complete check-in because she was conversing with another staff member. At 1:00 PM, when I still hadn’t been called back, I assumed there might be a slight delay — that happens in doctors’ offices. However, at 1:05 PM, the front desk opened the window and informed me that the doctor had left — either to eat lunch or to drop off his dog, which he had brought into the office. I was told they hadn’t called me back because they didn’t want me sitting in the exam room waiting. I asked how much longer it might be since I needed to return to work, and the clerk said she would check. By 1:35 PM, the doctor still had not returned. When I approached the desk again, I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. At that point, I declined. This was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. If there was no intention of… being available at my scheduled appointment time, the appointment should not have been booked. Patients deserve respect for their time just as much as providers do.

Excellent Doctor and surgeon! Makes sure you understand what’s being diagnosed and what surgery is available to help . His staff and nurses are also excellent. Wait time is minimal. I definitely recommend Dr. Ricardo Cristobal and Texas Ear clinic in Fort Worth, Tx

Dr. Cristobal is the doctor i wish I had all along. He took his time and patience to address my concerns about my issues. God bless him.

I have had 3 other ENT docs, none have sat and discussed with me at length like Dr. Cristobal did. I think that i have got my issue solved. The office staff can be a little slow in responding.

Dr Cristobal is always on top of things. He listens to patients and their concerns and is the best when it comes to bed side manner. It’s a little hard to get to see him personally at busy times but that’s understandable. No complaints just praise!! (After all some patients can be very impatient).

I have been pleased with the service and care that I have received with Dr. Cristobal. The staff members are friendly and efficient, and Dr. Cristobal is knowledgeable, skilled and interested in me as a patient. In sum, I highly recommend Dr. Cristobal for his good service and care.

It’s always fun to see Dr Cristobal. He’s empathy and awareness of his patients needs are very good. You can tell he has a lot on his mind but it never detracts from his patients situation at the time. See you at Costco Dr. ??
