Rude front desk staff. Always runs late with appointments. No consideration of patient's time. Clinical staff excellent and so is Dr Ramierz. Office seems to be bery money motivated.

I had an appointment for 11a.m. The day before someone called to say I must arrive 30 minutes early to fill out forms. I arrived and signed in about 30 minutes early. My name was called after 70 minutes. When I tried to speak the receptionist interrupted with, "I need your insurance card." The next time I tried to speak she interrupted again with the same statement. The 3rd time I spoke load enough for her and anyone else to hear. Then I explained when my appointment was, that I had arrived early and explained that I was leaving. Go read the practice FAQ page with particular attention to things like forms, wait times...

What a pleasant surprise was my first visit with Dr Ramirez.!First of all he is a nice person, explains everything with great patience and compassion. He is very knowledgeable and he even knew about my supplements regimen I have been doing. Usually Dr's don't know or they don't want to know about that. He agreed that all I have been doing must have helped my severe dry eyes condition and as he said "if ain't ruined don't fix it". I will continue using Dr Ramirez as well as my husband. The waiting time was normal and the office staff very pleasant. I'm so happy that I found finally a good Dr!

I've been a patient of Dr Ramirez for the last 12 years and I have no words that can explain the expertise, dedication and effectiveness of Dr Ramirez eye health care. He really cares about his patients and he is not the kind of Dr. that is looking to benefit from his patients by overdoing surgeries if they are not really needed. I highly recommend Dr Ramirez to everyone who needs and expect to receive a service of excellence full of knowledge and expertise. As a former medical administrator, I know when a Dr. surpass their area of expertise, and Dr Ramirez is an example of it.

I was at the office with my elderly aunt. I heard an eye assistant Selena I believe her name was. Talking to manager regarding another employee aka gossip. When the manager walked away she talked about the manager to other employees. Then when we wore in the room with the doctor she again said something else. Dr. Seemed to be unaware of the gossip in the office. But, what realy did it for me is, this person on the phone talked down to a patient. But, when telling the manager . told the story to put her in a better light. Regarding, Doctor the exam seemed to be rushed. But, other wise ok.

Dr. Ramirez has been in Orlando forever. He has been our family's ophthalmologist for years. He is caring, professional, affordable and his bedside manner is second to none. You will love him.
