If there was a 0 star option I’d pick it. He was so rude, condescending, and would talk over me after he asked me a question. Said “this is the ER, I don’t know what you want me to do for you.” If I ever have an emergency again I will be sure to drive out of my way to the next available ER to ensure I never encounter him again.

I recently visited the ER due to severe bronchitis symptoms and was seen by Ricardo San Jose. Unfortunately, my experience with him was highly disappointing. He appeared dismissive, rude didn't listen to my concerns, and seemed more focused on proving his point than addressing my needs. I left feeling that my own understanding of my health wasn’t respected. The interaction left me feeling belittled and discriminated against. I would appreciate it if you could address this behavior to ensure that all patients are treated with respect and empathy."
