Hi Dr. Gopal has been my doctor for over 10 years (whenever I am in NJ). She is very thorough and caring and always follows-up on test results. I wish I could find a doctor in every state I have lived/worked in.

Dr Gopal has been my dr for the last few years and I am so grateful for her. Above everything else she spends time with me and I really appreciate the patience she has for me and all the questions I ask her even though she and I know that I seem to ask the same questions at each visit. I cannot believe the review that someone left about her staff being rude. They have always been kind and patient with me and whenever I need them to call my insurance company to get an approval for something I need to get done, they always have all the information. One of the receptionists has even made an appointment for me to have a test done. It is a very busy office and showing up late is just rude but I don't believe what they said. I have been late before because I thought my appointment was later and they still fit me in. She really is very knowledgeable and kind and the front staff is always there when I need something,

This doctor and her staff are extrememly rude. The receptionist gave her such a nasty attitude when my mom showed up 10 minutes late because she was stuck in traffic. Dr. Richa Gopal then walked out and was very rude as well, they kicked my mom out of the office and made her cry. Extremely nasty people, please stay away and pick another doctor who actually shows compassion. This place only cares about money.

I got mixed reviews online, and went for a physical. The front office staff in freehold are very rude, but the doctor and the nurses were very caring. I was very happy with her listening to my set of explanations and she is very detailed in explaining the conditions/concerns to you. I loved the care that I got once I got inside the exam room.
