Dr. Richard Seung Ahn, MD

My 83 year old mom suffers from Alzheimer's and Dr. Ahn is her treating Physician. All our visits have been totally positive. So far, no complaints from my mother (and that's a good thing)!!!

After seeing Dr. Ahn on several occasions with nothing but medications that made me so dizzy I had to hold walls just to get to the bathroom, he declared he couldn't help me. I also have epilepsy so I have to rely on others to get to appointments. He knows nothing about seizure disorders. Don't waste your time, money and any transportation you may need to get to him

Dr. Ahn is a very smart, intuitive doctor who listens to and encourages patients.

It is difficult to write a review without bias considering the experience I’ve received by Dr. Ahn and his staff. Today I was turned away from my appointment, not for the lack of insurance or failure to meeting my deductible, but rather a small hiccup which has occurred in my family’s company-provided insurance plan. This includes both with several letters in hand from the actual insurance company and despite being a patient for almost two years and having 4 seizures since my last appointment.

Dr. Ahn is a very hands on doctor. He is very thorough. He listens to me.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS VERY BAD, HAVE A VERY SICK PATIENT AND NO COMMUNCATION FROM DR OFFICE AT ALL ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY, DR AHN SOULD BE ASHAMED

Services were provided professionally and promptly. I was treated with respect, questions were answered and explained. I was referred to surgeons to further diagnose and treat my nerve damage and issues.

My primary doctor refered my to doctor ahn because of sudden severe head aches. I was told they would call me to schedule an appointment, but instead I called them 3 days straight to get my appointment. When I finally got to the appointment Linda at the window advised me I would only have to pay 5% of the visit. By the end of the appoint she advised me i would have to pay alittle over $250, to say the least that was a shocker (there was a deductable she didnt see) so while I was at the apt I had to have an EEG and as well Dr. Ahn called in a script for me. Well the apt was on a wednesday and on monday I called in to get the results and she said he hadnt looked at them! As well I still was unable to fill my script because they sent it through the wrong insurance, its been two weeks and I still havent gotten that straightned out. So linda has the doctor look at my eeg and she calls me back and says theres abnormal activity on my left frontal lobe and need to go in for an MRI. no big deal… right? (thats how she acted) But I'm 23 so yes its a big deal to me. So the MRI place next door is awesome and super nice. But now im back with Dr. Ahns office. As soon as I can force him to look at my MRI I will be having the results sent to a new neorolist for further review and the next step. It seems like everyone in that office is rapped up in their own lifes and they have no sympathy for what us patients are going through. Most of their patients seemed older and I just have to say I would NEVER send my grandparents and mother/father to that office, it causes more problems than it fixes!

When you call and leave a message for Dr Ahn's nurse, you DO NOT get a call back. When calling the office, the call is usually goes picked up by a recording asking you to leave a message. After my next appointment, I WILL NOT be using Dr Ahn again. His staffdoes not return calls in a timely manner. They are not at all like other medical offices that I've ever dealt with. If he wants to continue running a medical office, he needs a make over in his office staff.
