Dr Andrews is a great physician. He is very personable.

Worst bedside manner. Has no idea how to handle a patient with memory loss. Would not recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Andrews is absolutely the best. He worked very well with our son and our family as well. He was able to get our son to focus on 10 things instead of thousands. Without Dr. Andrews I’m not confident that our son would still be with us. Dr. Andrews has our utmost respect and gratitude.

One of the strangest MD appointments I’ve ever been to. I have a very complicated back issue thats been progressing for over 5 years. My bowel and bladder have been affected and I have excruciating chronic back and leg pain. I’ve had 3 major surgeries and many injections, nerve blocks, pain and nerve pain medication, physical therapy, and many neurosurgeon and orthopedic spine MD opinions. I went to see Dr. Andrews because he was given high regards from a friend that is an attorney who sends her daughter to see him and he has really been helpful and straightforward with them. Although her reasons for seeing him have nothing to do with her back or nerve issues as mine, I felt that he would be a MD that might be able to help with the horrible nerve pain and other issues I am having. He was very thorough with his exam as far as checking all the cranial nerves, all the things they do to see if your faking a back injury, and questions about what happened and where and who was… involved. He was very interested in why I hired an attorney and treated me as other MD’s had when the found out it was a workers comp injury. He is very sarcastic. I had all my surgical reports, MRI, CT, and X-RAY films and reports in hand and when I asked him to look at them he told me he didn’t need to. He suggested I was over medicated and to stop taking my Lyrica an Duloxitine, that was ordered by another physician for nerve pain. question how and why a neurologist could make a medical recommendation or tell me to stop taking my nerve pain medications without even looking at my nerve involvement on the scans or my surgical reports. He talked to me more like a psychiatrist than a neurologist. Then I got the report he sent to my attorney. The report was so strange almost as if he wrote his report off the few minor notes he took down on his little piece of paper during our visit and the sparse history from the one page paperwork I filled out prior to seeing him. It really had nothing to do with my back at all. It almost seemed like he wrote the report six weeks after the appointment with no recall to our actual visit whatsoever. Who would of thought I might go see a neurologist for the NERVE pain and related issues in my back? My suggestion, this is not the guy to see for back issues with nerve involvement. The sad thing is that I’m finding out that the MD’s in this area don’t want to help you if you have a workers comp claim regardless of your injury even specified by MRI’s and scans. I just think it’s sad that all of these MD’s take the oath and don’t live by it. They’re hurting lots of patients that truly need their help!!

Dr. Andrews extended a hand to us when no one else could with our son. His network of experts in various fields related to nerology is impressive.....if the word can describe it. we live in age where corporate medical conglomerates are emerging and along with it, the end of a true second opinion. Not only did dr. Andrews help us but connected us with multiple experts to the focal point of a child in need of help dr. Andrews is a Dying Breed of good men in a world of greed

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Andrews for years! We looked and looked for a competent doctor for our daughters complicated case before being referred to him and finding him was one of the best things for my daughters care! He has gone above and beyond for us many, many times! He doesn't always say what you want to hear but he is direct, will not beat around the bush, and will be completely honest. These are the traits I want in a doctor! He is very busy... simply because he is great at what he does and takes on very complicated cases. He has ALWAYS given us the time we need to address issues, questions, and concerns. I trust him impeccably with my daughter's care!

Very unprofessional. Never contacted us with test results. Made multiple calls to his office to have him return our call and he just blew us off. Ended up using someone else and very glade that we went that route.

I suffer from epilepsy...it's terrifying in itself. The experience of having an arrogant, uncooperative, in many cases unprofessional doctor, made it far worse. Now combine epilepsy with the anxiety of not getting calls back when your prescibed medication has left you worse off than when you came in on day one. Patient care? You'll get better care from the Beta fish that swims in the tank in the corner of the waiting room.

Beginning with his terrible office staff and ending with Dr Andrews complete disregard for patient and patients family, this was the WORST medical encounter our family EVER experienced. If he even shows up for appointments, he is usually late-many times hours late-without an apology or explanation. His arrogance is only surpassed by his total lack of compassion. Unfortunately, we came to these conclusions too late-dont make the same mistake we did...
