I have never met Dr. Bailey due to the staff that answer his phones. I was given a referral to Dr. Bailey by my insurance company and called for an appointment. I was answered by a machine, and per directions left a detailed message. I did not receive a return call so I called again the next day. Again an answering machine and I left another detailed message. The third day my call was answered by a woman and I gave her all my information. She told me to go to the hospital in Mohave (it was not an emergency) and I told her I do not have a referral to the hospital, just Dr. Bailey. She then told me to go to another doctor in Mohave and again I explained that my insurance doesn't cover that doctor. She then put me on hold and after a minute I was hung up on. Two more calls were answered by a machine and I gave up trying. Dr. Bailey is responsible for his staff so I give him 1 star.

Very professional staff. Dr Bailey was very informative and has put a plan together to help resolve my deviated septum. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Bailey is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, and aggressive in his treatment. He explains every detail of his prescribed treatment. He is also very good with follow ups. I strongly suggest, if you need an ENT, see Dr Bailey.
