Dr. Terrance J Kwiatkowski, M.D.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Kwiatkowski and their team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Dr. Kwiatkowski took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Their knowledge and expertise in ENT care are evident, and I felt confident I was in great hands. The treatment plan was effective, and I’m already seeing a significant improvement. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate ENT specialist!

I saw Dr. Kwiatowski for sinus problems as a second opinion. I told him I was there because I really did not understand the balloon as a procedure,. how it works, am I a candidate, etc. I asked this question about three different ways. I never really got a good explanation. He seemed to dismiss me as an educated person and wanted to diminish the previous doctor I went to. I left very unimpressed and feel as if I just wasted my time.

I did y homework after my visit with Dr. Kwiatowski; I like to give people second chances. Well, the bad reviews were right. The staff is impersonal, I waited over 90 minutes and was seen for 3 and one half minutes. The doctor was not caring and was looking at his watch and phone repeatedly. And my homework did uncover some crap that happened in Airzona with Dr. Kwiatowski years ago. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

When I entered I was a bit concerned due to bad reviews I read. Dr K was incredibly kind and thorough. He listened to my concerns, checked my hearing to be thorough. He gave me a treatment plan, and we’ll follow up after I have the tests he ordered. The only downside was the wait time. For an 8:40am appointment I left at 11am, but I’m willing to wait if the doctor gives me the necessary treatment time required.

Was about to see this doctor, but just found out he caused hepatitis in Arizona. There was some lawsuit. The website look pretty. Forget this.

Very pompous and arrogant. Does not know how to take care of people.

This doctor was the doctor on call for my mother at the hospital. My mother went to the ER on Friday and they told me they was calling in the ENT specialist, Dr. Kwiatkowski. I assumed that he would see her in the ER. That day went by and mom was admitted. Mom still having the same problem Saturday. I asked the nurse to reach the doctor and she told me he would come in this day. Not. Repeat this for Sunday. I took her out of the hospital on Monday and found my own ENT doctor. The problem got fixed. That's just ridiculous. Flat out horrible. What kind of doctor is he that he won't take care of patients when he is on call? That still pisses me off that my mother suffered for so long. I wish there was justice in the world.

My mother told me to treat others like you would want them to treat you. Dr. Kwiatowski did not grow up with the same upbringing. I waited over an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. The waiting room was dirty and hot. When it came to to go over my problem, we did not in a manner that I would have thought. I would have thought things would have been explained to me so that I could understand them an then choose the best thing for me. Instead, I felt like I was railroaded into getting sinus surgery. Free will? If you have this, don't go to this doctor. Explanations? If you want this, don't go to this doctor. Understand your problem? If you want this, don't go to this doctor. If my momma were still alive, she would have told me to get the heck away from this doctor.

This doctor thinks he walks on water. He was rude, interrupted me many times and did not explain things to me. My questions got blazed over and dismissed as unimportant. He only wanted to push me to getting some balloon procedure even though I never had any treatment for my condition. He does not listen very well. Stay far away form here.
