Dr. Richard A Bobis

thanks to Dr. bobis my husband is still with me. Dr. bobis followed through with a PAS that was slightly elevated by referring him to a urologist who did the biopsy and found some cancer cells. If he had waited another year his fast growing cancer would have spread.thank you Dr. Bobis for giving us these years together.

Dr. Bobis has been my primary care doc for almost 30 years now and, unfortunately, I don't have enough time or space to say all the good things I'd like to say about him. He's smart, caring, sensitive, compassionate, attentive, yaddayaddayadda. Richard Bobis is the Joe Montana of Docs.

I advise strongly against anyone using Dr. Bobis.After being a happy & "healthy" patient of his for approx 20 years, I developed an undefined and serious medial problem causing my comprehensive decline and , turns out in retrospect, that it was fully treatable without damage, if discovered. I spent literally 4 years of diagnosis activities at direction of Dr. Bobis, who made only light activities & referrals and eventually offered me depression medication and a new referral to a metal health provider. My leaving his practice came in a separate issue where he gave me a verbal diagnosis of prostate cancer based on PSA by saying "they caught it early" which turner out to be totally incorrect and quite presumptuous for a MD. Once settling on a new Dr , she alerted me on my 1st visit as to a problem she found and immediately diagnosed the condition I had been degrading from for 4-5 years !!! She prescribed me a med that halted & reversed my condition within approx 8-10 days ! Without this… discovery, I was by my estimate, 1-2 years from being fully disabled at age 49, whereas, now I am mostly recovered and weight lifting/running 5 days a week.After review of my past tests and data that was generated at request of Dr. Richard Bobis , I find that he missed some of the most fundamental troubleshooting analysis methods used for patients with my symptoms. Dr. Bobis is a man with a quite demeanor, yet has an arrogance that is hard to put in words....My kindest words are to recommend that he retire promptly.

Dr. Bobis is a good doctor until you get sick. Then he becomes a pill pusher and doesn't explain the side effects. He is always rushed and seeing more than one patient at a time

I've been seeing Richard Bobis for decades - literally - and, despite a brief time away from his care for location reasons, I find him to be professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and easy to talk to.Many years ago, I contracted viral meningitis and went to see Dr. Bobis, my primary care physician, first. He had the diagnosis exactly correct but, to be sure, referred me to specialists for confirmation. They took a great deal of time only to finally confirm what Dr. Bobis told me initially. He was right from the start and that counts a great deal with me, as it should with you, too.If you're looking for a new doctor, you simply cannot do better than Dr. Bobis.
