Incredibly experienced. Performed delicate surgery on my hand. Really couldn't have asked for a better recovery.

Dr. Braun is a very wise man when it comes to his subject areas and he is kind and genuine. Unfortunately his office manager Marlyne is crass and the follow-up is poor. My insurance hates dealing with her and so do I. It sucks because she runs the place and if you are on her bad side your file might get lost. Take a book...the wait is always over an hour... once 3 hours & then he said he had to go. I think he might be getting forgetful in general, but he knows his medicine. I wish she would stay away from the desk and phone because she has no people skills. Ask for Elizabeth instead.

I have been with Dr. Braun for over 25 yrs. He has been an excellent doctor during the time that he has treated me. He has referred me to other specialist, that he trusted like if I was a member of his family. He has treated me as a person and not a number when I have gone to see him. If I had to wait hrs, for him, I would, as he would take the time to see me. That is why in my opinion, he is an excellent doctor and do not hesitate to recommend him. His staff is on their toes as far as the insurance process and Marleen is the best.

a great doctor but horrible staff. receptionists are unorganized, incompetent , MARLENE is just plain rude and stupid. the doctor is really passionate of what he does. great guy. long waiting time and appt though.

A wonderful doctor and a decent human being to boot. I had a complicated wrist fracture that was misdiagnosed and mistreated by two other SD area orthopedic docs, and finally ended up with Dr Braun (I would have gone to him earlier but at that time it was a several month wait to get it-it is probably better now). He really listens, cares, and is top of the line in his technical knowledge and ability. (This speciality isn't known for its warm and fuzzy practitioners, so his kindness was especially welcome. )

Dr Braun was very caring and truly listened during the appointment. He assisted me with a very difficult diagnosis and treatment (TOS). He was the 6th doctor I'd seen for this, and he was the only one with significant knowledge of the problem. Though he always runs late, his staff lets you know this and warns you to call before you come. The reason he runs late is because he takes as much time as is needed with each patient. This is the old fashioned bedside manner and experience that is lacking in today's medical practices. He is a sweetheart of a man and a gentle, caring, knowledgeable physician.
