Dr Braunstein is a highly skilled and compassionate cataract surgeon. He operated on my daughter when she was 13 and recently removed my 2 cataracts. My result is excellent.

Top quality expertise, wonderful communicator, explains everything in plain language, confidence-inspiring demeanor, gives patients as much time/attention as they need, successful outcomes. His office staff is uniformly helpful, informed, accessible. This is what medicine should always look like. Special mention and ultimate compliments for his optometrist Marta Fabrikowsky. It does not hurt that he is an avid skier, and that she is beautiful.

Had cataract surgery. No problems and quality care. Dr. B listened to and answered questions. Excellent follow up. Northwell security set up a bit annoying and phone access not always easy. This is a busy NYC practice.

He has been my doctor for almost 20 years. I trust him implicitly and value the way he treated my husband with Alzheimers, who in the end, would not allow the doctor to examine him, yet he treated us with utmost patience and kindness.
