I came to Dr. Cappiello newly diagnosed with R.A. and he is very thorough, caring & my 1st visit he spent over an hour explaining R.A. I travel close to 4 hrs. Every 4 months & wouldn't go anywhere else.

Answers all my questions and is genuinely interested in solving any issues by listening and working with the me to ensure the best outcome. Of all the doctors I deal with on a regular basis, he is one of my favorites.

Dr. Cappiello was so great with my parents. My father is gone now & my Mom is in a nursing home, but he gave them so much loving care and added to the quality of their lives for which I will always be grateful. They just loved him. We knew each other as kids and I was honored that he was their doctor. Thanks for everything!

Dr. Cappiello is the best! He is very empathetic, caring and intelligent. He takes the time to actually listen. He never rushes through an appointment. He goes out of the way to find solutions. He is the best doctor that I have known. It is obvious that he loves what he does!

Have tried 4 times, over 30 minutes to get an appointment, its impossible. Too many options and the appt. option 3, she hanngs up. Bad business

The doctor's thoughtfulness regarding my job schedule and the difficulties I have in regards to my having to reschedule appointments. I deeply appreciate his understanding and that of his staff.
