Dr. Collier and his staff is very professional and caring. A few years ago Dr. Collier did my lap band surgery. He carefully explained the procedure to me and answered all my questions. He is such a sweet heart. The staff is very kind and they really care about they patients. They always work with me when it comes to scheduling an appointment. If you are considering weight loss surgery, Dr. Collier is the best.

I initially went to one of Dr. Collier's information sessions to get the lap band, but after personal consultation we decided the gastric sleeve would be a better fit for me since I am at a higher BMI and need to lose a considerable abmount of weight. His office provided the forms I needed to take to my primary care physician, and as soon as I completed my requirements - they submitted a letter and the paperwork to the insurance company. I was approved within 10 days.On surgery day Dr. Collier visited me post-op and was very comforting as it was my first time in the hospital. He is a man of God and prays for the Lord's guidance over him during surgery and protection and recovery for the patient.When I was in recovery he spend some time with my husband reassuring him that everything went well and further explained aftercare for me.He gave us his personal cell phone number and encouraged us to call if we had any questions at all. And even though we didn't call him....he did call and… check up on me for the first three days after surgery.The nurses commented on how well the incision sites looked and that I must have had a good surgeon.I did....I had the best....Dr. Collier.

Dr. Richard Collier was great. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was provided with plenty of information and assistance for my before and after surgery. Since my Lap Band I have lost over 90lbs and I've never felt better. Dr. Collier is highley recommended for anyone who is considering weightloss surgery.

I went to Dr. Collier for the Lap Band. I was afraid of surgery at first but after meeting him and talking about it, I knew this was the best way for me to lose weight and get my life back.
