You must not believe that he or his staff are wonderful and caring!He did not explain procedure or his plan for treatment. The surgery center does not communicate with his office. The time of my procedure changed three different times. The office staff is misleading and as a patient, you're treated as a number.His staff took complete advantage of my confusion and brain injury .

Very unconcerned with the excruciating pain I’m in. All he says is to come back in 2 weeks, which I’ve done and still have excruciating pain.

Dr. Baumgartner and his team are top notch. Excellent doctor, I feel so much better under his treatment plan for me. He’s an expert in his field.

Happy to recommend this doctor as he took my questions and condition seriously. Most doctors want to rush you out like cattle and give you a pill to take away pain. Dr Baumgartner had a treatment plan which will work for me.

Treats my pain condition and keeps me in the loop of all my options. I have been feeling better and thankful for his care. Cares to ask about other aspects of life and my kids. Makes me feel like family.

Dr. Baumgartner was awesome. He's an attentive listener and asked specific questions that made me feel like he understood my condition. He had clear explanations as to the cause of my pain and his recommended treatment. He recommended a procedure that i had never been made aware of before by my previous doctors. His credentials and positive bedside manner made me very comfortable proceeding with that and I'm so glad I did. I've been walking around pain free without meds for the first time in years and have recovered almost a full range of motion that I thought was gone for good. Thanks, Dr. B! His staff was friendly and the wait time was reasonable. My lousy insurance caused a problem, but with a quick phone call his office quickly resolved it. I would highly recommend this doctor.

He seems to really care about my pain and how to help me. He was busy but he did make me feel like he cared about me and my pain and he has helped improved my pain and I am thankful for that!
