Dr. Richard Douglas Covey, MD

Dr. Covey is thoughtful and caring. He gives you all the information about your health. I am so comfortable with him and his entire caring staff. They are always welcoming and efficient with all of your needs. In addition to keeping me healthy, I always learn the "why" of the information and suggestions Dr. Covey gives me.

Dr Covey is friendly when you get to see him, but is always rushing on to the next patient. Office staff has no concern for people trying to reach them by phone or waiting at the desk. Arrived to pick up a lab slip 5 minutes before the posted lunch hour but the door was already locked and I didn't have time or patience to wait around after driving in from Prescott Valley. Never again.

MY PROBLEM IS THEY CANT SEEM TO GET THE RECORDS RIGHT. WE HAD JUST NOT HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE LATELY AT ALL . ONE PERSON WAS RUDE TO MY WIFE. BUT WHO,S ON 1ST DOWN THERE ???

I didn't see covey but his partner. She was very friendly, spent a good amount of time with me, asked questions. I really had a good visit
