Dr. Richard Dinsdale, MD

Has absolutely no Bedside manor, horrible doctor

Myself and my kids have been seeing Dr. Dinsdale since 2012. He is always very kind and takes alot of time talking and understanding concerns. My boys love him and he is the only one my 15 year old will talk to. He hums happily, mostly disney Songs. We never spend much time waiting around in his offices like the HOURS wasted at others. We have visited 2 of his offices amd they are clean, comfortable and staff is kind and friendly. Dr. Dinsdale has had to give me some very harsh news on more than one occassion. He is direct but not at all unkind. Explains, gives options, never has forced a treatment even if he advised it. We very much appreciate Dr. Dinsdale and his Staff.

I have never had to wait when I get to his office, and he is always prepared regarding the health matters I want to discuss before he comes into the examination room.

Dr. Richard Dinsdale is a horrible diagnostician After reviewing some standard labs, the extent of the actual examination by Dr. Dinsdale was about 20-25 seconds, when he made-believe he was listening to my heart and lungs--while he was talking. His diagnosis and treatment were entirely incorrect. The correct and apparently obvious diagnosis and treatment were made the next week by an internist who listened to me, ordered more specific labs, and examined me in more detail. Dinsdale should not have a license.

Dr. Richard Dinsdale is an awesome doctor, he goes above and beyond to make sure you and your issues/conditions are addressed in the fastest, best possible way! Extremely personable, cares about you personally and your overall wellbeing. Highly recommend.

Dr. Dinsdale always listens and is caring. He tries everything to figure out solutions when your case/symptoms are complicated.

When we moved here 7 years ago we searched for a PC that we felt could treat our medical needs as well as a PC who cared and had a pleasant personality and listened to our needs. Well Dr. Dinesdale is the best! He always takes the time to listen and discover solutions for some minor problems. Never have we felt scuffed off or felt that we weren't important. I would highly recommend him to all who wants a professional Dr. to go to!

The providers are great, the referral office staff is horrible! It took 2 months to get a referral and this was for a surgery!!! Plus when I requested to get a copy of the referral they send me another patient's referral! Big Hipaa violation! I wonder where my referral went! When I called back the office manager wouldn't even talk to me, twice! When you call in you have to wait a long time since they only take same day appointments, but not enough staff to handle the phones when you are the 12th caller. Beware of this office!

Stay clear. No compassion at all. Look up other reviews. Not good.

i was seeing dinsdale for the convenience of being close to home and work. WHAT A MISTAKE! i even took my kids to him. i was always disappointed in the wait time, and then most of the time i didnt even see the dr. i was seen by whoever could see me at the moment. last time i was there i had taken my daughter because she was consistently complaining of abdomen pain. she was maybe 7 at the time. he prescribed her a narcotic cough syrup and sent us on our way! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? we havent been back since, and if you are smart, YOU WILL AVOID THIS DOCTOR!
