Dr. Richard Ralph Durham, DO

I accompanied my Dad to his first appointment with Dr. Durham this morning. We couldn’t have asked for a better visit from start to finish. The nurse Cheryl was very friendly, attentive and thorough. And Dr Durham was by far the most personable, explanatory doctor that I’ve ever encountered. My family and I are extremely greatful would highly recommend his office.

Hours after appointment time still in waiting room hearing a room full of patients talk about this being normal. Chairs are hard as rock and cheap $5 space heater keeping us warm.

This is the best pulmonary doctor you will ever find. He and his nurses go way above and beyond in caring for the patient's and making sure they get the care they need.

I would never reccomend this doctor to anybody.He did not explain my disease fully and did not explain the risk that my employment posed to worsen my condition.

Dr. Durham answered all of my question and is very knowledgeable and thorough.

When Dr. Durham was told that a local hospital had informed us that medical scans re conditions not under his management were not available on discs, he quickly secured the discs for my wife. When Dr. Durham learned of an operative proceedure to be performed in another city on my wife, he had his nurse call me amd warn that sleep apnea was resulting in low blood oxygen saturations during sleep. I asked his nurse to please send that information to the surgeon. When the anesthesiologist interviewed my wife and I, he was made aware of Dr. Durham's communication. He said the information was valuable and appreciated and he said he would read Dr. Durham's communication in full, before the operation. The operation went very well - my wife was released the day after surgury and the condition necessitating the operation is fully relieved.

Very dry personality and not willing to listen. Spent about 5 minutes with me and didn't examine me during either visit. Feel like I wasted my time and money.
