I went to see Dr. Friedman for lifelong anxiety. I found him very sympathetic, patient, and thorough. He asked me to explain my problem in great detail and helped me understand that my use of alcohol was contributing to the problem. He suggested a combination of exercise, medication and CBT, which has been very helpful. In short, terrific doctor.
