Dr. that took care of me in a time in mine when I couldn'd.

While I thought before that my opinion of Dr. Gilson as my former doctor couldn't have gotten any lower with his already having dismissed symptoms over the years (my reason for firing him) but I have just found out that I have multiple sclerosis, with all of the symptoms for the disease being EXACTLY what I described to him at every appointment. All he ever did was try to give me prescriptions for anti-depressants to deal with chronic pain even though I had no symptoms of depression whatsoever. As far as I am concerned, he should lose his license to practice medicine.

Dr. Gilson has gone down steadily for years. I am not the only patient who has had obvious signs of hypoglycemia turned diabetes that he completely failed to recognize. It was only after I was finally hospitalized because of my diabetes never being diagnosed or treated by him, that I was finally correctly diagnosed and able to end a ten-year period of feeling sick, just because he didn't take the time to even care about his patients. I am so glad to be rid of him after having stayed with him since the '80's until it became so apparent he was not providing me with good medical service.

I fired Dr. Gilson after over years year of being his patient because he missed obvious signs of disease. He is so quick to prescribe multiple medications just to mask symptoms that as an internist he completely missed my decade long diagnosis of diagnosis. I suffered for years because of his uncaring and incompetent attitude.

Dr. Gilson answers all of your questions and considers any concerns you have with a caring and patient demeanor.I have been kept waiting for over an hour on several occasions.If you're not in a hurry, it is worth the wait because he will take the time with you and search out all options. Take a good book to read.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gilson for 21 years. A few years ago found a melanoma on my arm that a dermatologist missed. He promptly referred me to a surgeon and my cancer was cured. He is personable and caring. He listens to his patients. If you have to spend some time in the waiting room, it's because Dr. Gilson is very thorough with each patient.

I have been going to Dr. Gilson for a very long time and feel very comfortable with him. I highly recommend him to family and friends who are looking for a caring, professional doctor.
