Dr. Richard Stephen Gluckman, MD

Spent 2 minutes to talk to himself about my condition, muttered under his breath and didn’t even really address me. Dismissive and condescending, thinks he is the only neurologist who can treat patients and he is doing you a favor. Office staff are rude and unprofessional, needless to say don’t come here is you need treatment. Waste of money.

Took my father to see Dr. Gluckman. First visit he was extremely rude, horrible bedside manner. Anytime my 80 year old father wanted to voice his concerns he was acted like he didn’t want to hear it. Acted like we were stupid and way beneath him. When talking with us he gave looks as if we were just wasting his time. Horribly unprofessional! All he did was run a bunch of tests my father had already done with other Doctors. I think he was just juicing the insurance. Got absolutely nowhere with my father’s condition, no answers. Then he just proceeds to recommend him to another neurologist. Probably a friend, so he can juice the insurance as well. A total waste of time with this guy, find another doctor!!!

I've been seeing Dr. G now for 10 years and I believe I finally have the guts to leave his practice. Don't waste your time trying to explain your symptoms or medical issues he doesn't want to hear it. He's old and grumpy. Time to find another Dr.

I admit when I first met Dr. Gluckman, he seemed a little distant, however I am not there to make friends, but to find a great doctor! As I have seen him a few times, we get along great and I have found him to be totally professional, he cares about my health and most importantly, I totally trust his medical advice.

This man was so uncaring and unprofessional I left his office in tears more than once. All he cares about is money and he treated me like I was an idiot.

I saw Dr. Gluckman for about a year when he was treating my condition. He literally denied every one of my concerns and dismissed them as silly and unimportant. This is fine, because he is the one with the MD, and I'm just a student. However, he was extremely rude and caustic with his remarks.In addition, he asked many questions about my GPA, extracurricular activities, volunteer work, awards, and test scores and had the audacity to tell me that I would be rejected from all of the colleges that I was aiming for. It was completely irrelevant to my neurological condition, and simply rude. Furthermore, his office is always filled with MMA fighters and he blatantly puts them over just any other patient. Thus, you end up easily waiting over half an hour to see him.

Dr. Gluckman may not be warm and fuzzy, but I trust him completely. He's honest and straight to the point. He's completely up on new research and his office really knows their way around the insurance companies. Pedro and the woman w/ curly dark hair the best. My only comment is that as a patient , you need to write down what you want to ask him, he's very busy.
