I was asked to scheduled two different days despite they were consecutive days . First visit , after X-ray and evaluation I was told to take Advil for an ongoing pain . I asked for diclofenac prescription I was given in the past and the physician said you need to go back to the doctor that prescribed that to you. Something odd to me ? And I just left it like that .Pay a copay. Next day I brought with me an X-ray and my foot concern issue - same physician took approximately 10-15 Minutes with me. He didn’t want to open the CD and based on his conclusion my issue could be an aging case. I went there for a second opinion and he didn’t have the courtesy of at least review my past X-ray. For medication he said, take Advil’s -again- so I went there to LSU copay to be told to buy out of the counter medicine . He even said why you didn’t mention this yesterday ; I said the receptionist told me to schedule two visits. When I finished I talked to the clerk lady and asked if I was required… to pay again , she said she will check and would let me know. She didn’t . They just sent me a medical bill showing a charge for over 400 and a discount approved for Florida blue and for me to pay another copay of $45 to get Advil . I had visited that doctor since 2008 and o was treated like a profit.
