Yes, wait time is a longer than if I needed to be seen in the summer, it was season. However, he spent as much time as I needed and answered all of my questions. I needed to be seen by a cardiologist, and his nurse was able to get me in the next morning. I too agree with friendly staff, and that includes the man who had to draw my blood. Never even felt it. I plan on establishing with Dr. Gould once season is finally over. I do not mind waiting, as now a days doctors are pushed to see as many patients as they can. Dr. Gould still treats his patients like people and not a number with a time slot.

the wait is long but it is season. and I did not have an apointment even though one was offered to me i had refused. but the staff was wonderfull. I will make an apointment for my next visit

I waited quite a long time in the office even though I had an appointment. After five days I was not getting better so I called back to the office. (In fact I called twice that day) I never did get a return phone call.

Just a bad experience, would never go back.
