Yesterday I had the worst appointment at Kaiser during many decades being their patient. I suffer with memory loss and brain disfunction after I felt down few years back. I made the appointment with any doctor in neurology department just to show what doctors from UCLA found on my P Scan and ask only one question. Mr Green never saw me before and had no idea about my medical history. He demonstrated that he was unhappy having different neurologists outside of Kaiser. He demonstrated that in his act and voice. Instead of answer my question , he started asking me question from my past. I could find some answers from Notes ( I always carry notes and instructions for myself what to do for each day. Without notices I never leave home ). Mr Green made me extremely confused. I lost understanding what we did . At one moment he suddenly asked me if I m Russian. Without my answer he started making comments about Russians and Russia. Very inappropriate comments. Suddenly he started… asking about Trump and what I think about him. I said that he is idiot. Mr Green started yelling on me.. He requested me to tell him what Trump policies made me think he is idiot and more more requests to answer... I got so scared that he would hit me that I wanted only to leave the room. I even do not remember what I answered him.. I was mentally completely lost.. I do not remember anything what happened after. In my notes I see that I wrote that Mr Green insisted my to see psychiatrist. He stated that my memory is absolutely fine. I need psychiatrist- he insisted. I left his room and people in the waiting area asked me if I needed help. I sit down trying to realize what happened. One lady ( maybe patient ) asked me what was wrong. I told her. She advised me to write down everything what I remembered in the room with the doctor. I did. How I came home I do not remember at all. My family reported complain to the Kaiser and to the head of Neurology Department. Mr Green, if one day you see this review, please zip your mouth in front of patients. We are coming for help and advice but not to be under your racist act. You know that your parents are emotionally and physically weak. You can not attack us for your believes and whatever else in your mind. You need mental treatment yourself. This review was written from my dictating . I personally could not write without mistakes.

Dr Green is the best!!

I'm surprised to see some of the 4 star reviews about Dr. Green, we just haven't been impressed with him overseeing our parent's illness. He only saw us 2 times, and one other quick time when he came in to Emily's office so she could ask if my parent could take a certain medication. He obviously hadn't checked my parent's chart because he didn't even know a biopsy had already been done. He doesn't make you feel comfortable asking questions. He gives you vert little information and you feel like you're prying it out of him. He usually answers with brief, curt responses. Emily is easier to talk to, but overall, they just don't seem to offer much more than an overview of the bloodwork, MRIs, etc. when you go in. I have to say I was far more impressed with my parent's surgeons...not the care afterward.

Dr green and emily were very supportive through all my chemo. They are both awesome. I am so thankful to have them as my doctors. They cared about me and I could tell. They are not just my doctors they have turned into my friends. Thank you!!!

This is a doctor to believe in. Kaiser is so lucky to have him. I started with the tumor and ended with the cancer fight..and he fought with me every step of the way.. he is awesome..

Doesn't offer alternatives or options, you have to pry any bit of information from him. Zero sensitivity and most of the time you are forced to deal with his PA, Emily Woyshner, who is completely incompetent. If you are looking for a doctor who even pretends to care, look for someone else. This team will not help you with any quality of life.

my mom was a patient of Dr. Green...the staff was nice..but i would not recommend him as a doctor..he is very quiet and tries to avoid things..you have to pry things out of him..all he ever did was give my mom more and more temodar that made her sick all the time..she lived with this disease for 5 months and passed away..i know it was the temodar that caused this..i told him that we need to talk about stopping the temodar but he just said we dont need to talk about this now...again avoiding the situation..she never had a good quality of life....i knew that the type of cancer my mom had was not curable but i just wish she would have had a better quality of life..all these doctors and insurance companies care about is money it is very sad.. neither Dr. Green or his staff even had the courtesy to call after she passed.....i also dont recommend kaiser insurance they do not know what their doing there especially baldwin park kaiser...

I have been a patient of Dr. Green for approximately 12 years. The treatment he has given me improved my life and I will be forever grateful. He is an amazing doctor, and an even better individual. Even though he is very busy, he always makes time for me if I don't have an appointment. His staff is curteous and very helpful. Anyone under his care should consider themselves blessed!
