Dr. Richard Greenfield, MD

Waited to hear back from this office to set up an initial appointment, but did not so I called them. The scheduler said that this is a busy office and don't have time ., because I questioned why I hadn't heard from them. Stated that working with worker comp cases takes to much time. I went ahead and made the appointment for May 19th and was told even if they had gotten back to me on the days the coordinator had stated they would it still would be a 2 week wait time . Sorry 18 days is a little longer than 14 days , I guess this office is just to busy to see patients according to the lady that does the schedule

I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Greenfield since 1992, He did my bilateral Carpal Tunnel, Rotator Cuff, repair knee, and also He did an amazing surgery replacing ( with a titanium pin )the Radial Head of my right elbow.....He is also my 4 kids orthopedic surgeon. True that is no Computers; He is a great Orthopedist that knows exactly what He is doing..

I waited an hour to see this man. The staff was not courteous. There is no computer in sight. Everything is done on paper sending a real lack of confidence about the medicine that he practices. Will not return.

I have been a patient of Dr. Greenfields for many years. He replaced my left knee in 2010 and I could not be happier. He is a great doctor and in ways I consider him a friend.

I saw him for a QME. It was very important for him to take time and really check out my injury. The fact that my employers insurance company sent me there had me a bit worried, but Dr. Greenfield took his time, talked to me like a human being and explained everything in general terms I could understand. I found him courteous, honest, and very funny he made me feel relaxed during a very tense and upsetting time.

My only comment is that this doctor did not remember what procedures he performed on me on each of my follow-up visits. I came to the conclusion that he has so many patients that he cannot remember what he has done and does not review patients chart prior to meeting with the patient. It is either this or he is getting senile! Now that I need a total hip replacement, I am questioning if I want him near me during this surgery. I have not recovered from either of my knee surgery yet but I am hopeful.

One of the best and most communicative doctors I have had. One has confidence in his manner and his abilities. He takes time with you and answers medical questions. Rare these days. He is a patient's doctor. I recommend him to all who need to see an Orthopedic specialist. I had to wait one time while he was in surgery. The delay was explained by his staff. If I was in surgery, I would not want my doctor sohurrying surgery to get to the office. Great sense of humor. He is much better in all areas than my last orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Greenfield also works with a superb anesthesiologist.
