Dr. Richard Havard is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with an additional certification in hand surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Havard previously practiced in California and Arizona, and has been practicing in the Corvallis and Albany area since 2002. His wife, Linda Havard, RN,BSN, offers skin care services including LaRoche Posay products, laser hair removal and Thermage skin tightening in the office. They have two teenage sons who attend school in Corvallis.

Dr Havard was not compassionate, up to date with Trauma Informed Care Health Practices and discriminatory towards the LBGTQIA+ community. I ended the appointment before the exam portion and have filed official complaints with my insurance, Samaritan Services, and the Medical Board.

The man may know hands, but a butcher on breasts. Lacks skills to do any breast work.

Dr havard, very compasoniate person explain exactly what he is going to answers your questions with concerns. When when I thought I was going to pass out because of what gonna happen he clan down .I was more NERVOUS GOING IN FOR THE IMPLANT THEN THE MISISCTOMY BUT ALL THE NERVE S WENT A WAY WHEN DR HAVARD CAME IN THE ROOM HAS GREAT BED SIDE MATTERS,,!,!,

Dr. Havard did the replacement of my bilateral reconstruction and I was 100% pleased. Shortly after, a neighbor's cat bit my hand; he treated it immediately. A few weeks later, the cat bit again, harder; Dr. H. called instantly from his son's graduation in California, phoned prescription - Dr. H. a winner, the cat a loser. I've broken up with the cat, highly recommend the Doc.

Dr. Havard is nice enough, but not as experienced in breast surgery as many other drs. I have found the before and after photos of many other drs. to be much more impressive than the surgery my niece had. His office staff is outstanding. Kacey and Chris are kind, friendly, and very efficent.

Dr. Havard is wonderful about making sure you know everything there is to know about your surgery. He is also great as far as follow up. His staff, Kasey, is wonderful to work with. It's been a pleasure working with them!
