Dr. Richard Dawson Hawthorne

I scheduled an appointment and on the day of appointment, I was told that it was no where in the system. With confirmation screen shots that appointment was made, I was left stuck with the attitude that oh well, that's not our problem. It took me voicing my frustrations ever so loudly just to get the clerk to ask if something could be done because I am coming from Niceville-1:15 min in traffic wasted because of a glitch in their system is bull crap. If as a new patient, all of the correct information isn't given online then tell me what do you expect someone who is paying you to do your job to do? As I sit here writing this review, I wouldn't let Dr Hawthorne (who may be a very good Dr) take care of my dead dog Fred. Will never come here again. To now be lied to stating that they are at max capacity (3 ppl waiting in a not so busy clinic) is further insult to any new patient that can't read the minds of the incompetent. So for future reference, update your website and before you… expect new patients to know your procedures, become a mind reader yourself and tell me how you like knowing that you did absolutely nothing wrong, followed all posted online instructions, and got nothing in return. Dog is better off dead.

Doctor Hawthorne and his staff is Awesome! They really do take out that little extra time, and it's the little things that goes a long way. Thanks so much for all you do!

My husband and I are fairly new patients, but our experience with Dr. Hawthorne has been very pleasant. He is very professional, helpful and caring. We are very pleased that we choose him as our physician. His staff is always very helpful and very pleasant.

doctors have said he listens and takes actions. If you need to see a specilist his staff sets everything up for you. Never had to wait more than a fews day before we are contacted about the appointment. Dr. Richard Hawthorne is an excellent doctor. He always listens to what you have to say and explains everything so you can understand it. He has a great personality and easy to talks to. Great doctor.

This was my first visit but I was happy with the responsive of the staff and the doctor. All of my questions and issues were handled in a satisfactory nature and things to be followed up on were scheduled.

Wonderful I have lived here 8 years and this is the nicest office Staff and Doctor. They care. I wish I had them the whole time here, I do not think I would have the problems that I face now!
