I am continually impressed at how prepared Dr Hayes is. By the time he enters the exam room, he has reviewed all updates to my medical records, taken in the verbal updates from the nurse on my vitals and current complaints and is ready to move to next steps. He is extremely efficient which allows him space to ensure he addresses all concerns, including any related emotional needs. Dr Hayes is, by far, the best PCP I have ever had and I have had quite a few!

His team have yet to return a phone call about my last appointment. I called about two weeks ago. Still haven't heard anything about the conditioner that I was having that was very unprofessional and still I haven't heard from anyone.
