Dr. Richard N. Hess, MD

Dr Hess was my surgeon 30 years ago and I was so happy to find that he was still in practice when I decided that I needed some 'refreshing." He and his staff are very warm and welcoming. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Follow-up care has been very attentive. If I decide that I want to have anything else done, I know where I am going.

If I could choose more than 5 stars I absolutely would. I'm so happy with the choice I made with Dr. Richard Hess. He and his staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable as I was nervous yet excited to get my arm lift. I at last have the results I always wished for. Excellent surgeon hands down

I’d recommend Dr. Richard Hess to anybody who’s considering cosmetic surgery. He did mine, and the results are fabulous. I had upper (lift) and lower (reduction of “poofyness”) eyelid surgery, and he also evened out my upper eyelids as one of them was drooping more than the other. I was able to have it done in his office under local anesthesia. I’m so pleased with my eyes now. They look natural, not “done.” “I’d be offended if anybody asked you if you had something done to your eyes,” Dr. Hess told me. Well, no one has. Also, no one asks me if I’m tired anymore! P.S. If you’re lucky, he’ll sing country western songs while he operates!

The entire staff beginning with the lovely gals at the front desk, to the surgery scheduler, to the billing and to all the medical assistants, I was beyond impressed. My situation required me to be in the office 2 - 3 times a week for about 5 months and during that time, I was so appreciative and grateful for every single person, making me feel welcome every single visit as opposed to a burden. Dr. Hess was phenomenal to say the least. I have had my share of doctors over the last 2 years and he ranks right at the top. His mannerisms, his ease with patients, his communication skills, I could go on and on. Thank you to the entire staff for making my visits in your office easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Hess and his staff to anyone looking for an amazing plastic surgeon.

Dr. Hess is amazing! He was my 3rd consult for Plastic Surgery. His bedside manner is the best and he puts you right at ease. My experience with him was beyond my excpetations!
