The staff is rude Not caring to help of actually KNOW anything Saw doc 1 time staff was always rude PA was nice

The worst Doctor I have encountered. Extremely nonchalant, doesn't seem to care. Seems lost as to what to do. I was very shocked and baffled that he earned his medical degree. As for his office staff, they are by far the most rude, unprofessional, and useless bunch. I think I have only complained a handful of times in all my time - this one needs to be out there. Please choose someone else that is capable to handle your medical needs.

The staff is very incompetent at doing their jobs! They don’t see you as a (human)patient just a number which is sad. They’ll flat out lied to me and my family. Just do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!!

I was a little unsure at first due to them having a lot of residents but I was like wth I love Greys anaomy lol OMG the residents are so fiiiiiiiine on wednesdays =) and they are very smart too They are a little young but I was very pleased with the treatment plan and I got my referrals the very next day. I do see a lot of negative comments but I don't agree with them at all? Maria in Front was nice , the two in Back were helpful prefer the young lady though and Amber was very fast with my referrals. Thank you!

Dr Hirsch was assigned to me during my stay at San Antonio Hospital. Prior to that I never met him. He had great bedside manners, made sure I was comfortable & explained what was going on as well as discussed/explained test results.

Withold test results and make you come in again just to be told you have negative results. Make you think they by law can't and when confronted admit it is their office policy. My son was highly stressed and emotional waiting on results on a Friday to be told the doctor had to see him and than he needed to go the weekend until into the following week for results, after the doctor told him on his visit he didn't need to come back he would call him. Whenever you are sick and call there, you cannot get an appointment and are told you can go to urgent care. They never tell you they have walkins available morning and afternoon. The physician was not even aware how to do a routine test and proceeded to look it up on a computer! After doing this, they didn't even have the test kit in the office. I would NEVER recommend this office. They are very unprofessional, with the exception of the MA, who is very nice. The physician spends most of your visit telling you his issues in his life with his… child or relative. Stay away if you want any real professional care.

Dr is great but his staff is horrible

This doctor does not do his job. He just hands out drugs.

Excellence Doctor. Highly recommend.
