Dr. Hopp was kind and compassionate. He diagnosed my eye infection, started me on eye drops and I felt relief with in a day. His office staff are so friendly and efficient.

This is a great office and staff. I've always enjoyed the visits because everyone is friendly. I always recommend Dr Hopp to those who're looking for eye care.

Front desk receptionist are just rude. Dr. Hopp seems nice but walks in and out and seems burned out. I wish I would have listened to my PCP and gone to Seattle.

I am a new patient, and have only received one office visit this past week. I felt reassured by the doctor that he could help with my eye issue. However I have left 3 messages for a medicine that they were suppose to call in to my pharmacy, and the staff has not called me back. It's been 3 days now. Not sure what the problem is, but considering looking for a new doctor.
