I have consulted with several doctors and specialists over the years, but none of them compare to Dr. Ioffreda and his incredible staff. Making an appointment was easy, despite his busy schedule, and I upon arrival I was seen immediately. Although the building looked abandoned and sketchy on the outside, the positive energy and attitude of the everyone there transformed it into such a welcoming space. From the moment I met Dr. Ioffreda, I knew he was different. He genuinely cares about his patients and not the type forget them, even after decades. He took his time to understand my symptoms and asked insightful questions to determine the root cause of my issue. What impressed me the most was that he didn't just write a prescription to ease the symptoms and ask me to come back later. Instead, he genuinely cares and wanted to find the core of the issue. During my appt and medical procedure, Dr. Ioffreda's empathetic nature, combined with his sense of humor. Then during my follow-up… appointment, he continued to try different procedures to find what would work best for me. When he realized my issue was beyond his expertise, he was not hesitant to let me know and provide me with a referral to a specialist who could help. It was a welcome relief to encounter a physician whose ethical compass prioritized patient care over financial gain. Despite the complications I faced, Dr. Ioffreda and his staff which included Anna, Christina, and the male staff member who assisted me during my first appointment, eased my stress and made my experience unforgettable. As a patient, not knowing what's going on can be stressful enough, but Dr. Ioffreda and his team gave me hope that things will get better. Thank you to everyone there!

Dr. Ioffreda is an excellent urologist, who examines the patient and all the data and makes reasonable decisions. My former urologist wanted to run a very risky test on me despite that there was no physical finding to warrant it; Dr. Ioffreda waited a month and reran the blood work - and the blood work agreed with the physical exam (DRE). He also kept me on 6-month re-visits for two years, and now that he is convinced that I am stable and undiseased, has reduced it to an annual visit.

I had been to 6 other Urologists before seeing Dr. Ioffreda more than 20 years ago. He really cares about his patients' and will spend whatever time needed to answer all their questions and concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable of the latest treatments and procedures and will not hesitate to recommend a specialist who may offer additional advise or treatment. I would highly recommend him for resolving any serious urological problem considering on much he has helped me.
