I saw Dr. Kaplan for about 10 yrs. He diagnosed me with Rapid Cycling Bi-Poalr disorder. We Had Therapy & when I could get no better, he courageously tried treating me with dexodrine. I abused it after many yrs. Then he no longer was the therapist, but an enraged man.

Extremely arrogant and very irritating to just to listen to.His demeanor is very cold and he talks in a very patronizing manner.He is rude,obnoxious and has a very condescending attitude.One star is required to submit this review otherwise i wouldn't have given any.

Dr. Kaplan has been an excellent psychiatrist to work with. He is very kind, caring, clever and even humorous. He has helped me with some of the problems in my life and to overcome blockades. I would not be the same without him.
