Dr. Richard Jose Karam

I'm a dental snob and am rather critical of who manages my cleanings. My Hygienist here Gretel is stellar to say the least. She essentially gives me what I consider to be a deep cleaning. I travel roughly 35 minutes just for my cleanings here, its a hassle as it located far west for me. However I've been to dental practices in fort lauderdale beach, south beach, brickell, where some offer ipads, spa surround sound music, embroidered dental chairs... you name it. My experience with those dental providers, lacking consistency in quality cleanings, a little pretentious, pushy sales of invisalign, and shady billing practices. In my years of dental service here with Dr. Karam's practice I've been happy with my honest interactions with Dr. Karam. I've had a filling or two replaced with him, gently filed a chipped tooth (others wanted to pull), and some whitening done. He's never tried to pitch me on random services. I'm sad to say it took me this long to make the time to write a review, but… happy to provide a whole review on my experience here. He runs an old school, honest, family friendly type practice. He and his staff is genuinely kind-hearted and just trying to incorporate what they love to do into their lives. I unfortunately moved as of late and can tell you I miss their practice because even in another state I'm having a difficult time in finding a fitting practice for my grill.
